Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Lakewood, CO (Colorado Mills). Join Tapestry’s retail team to deliver luxury clienteling and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized luxury service as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand in store.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise, replenish sales floor and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection policies.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating traffic levels and support teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand trainings, initiatives and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English verbal communication skills.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic periods and public holidays.
  • Capable of routinely lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as needed.

Experience

Compensation
