Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build enduring client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and maintain POS accuracy.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, perform inventory processing and maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor.
  • Maintain high service standards while multitasking on the sales floor; adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, asset protection procedures and adherence to retail policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust-based team environment.
  • Accept and act on feedback; maintain a calm, professional demeanor and meet physical demands (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations (lift, bend, climb, kneel, maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom).

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling/omni‑channel tools is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
