Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive sales and achieve store KPIs and conversion targets.
- Provide product expertise across handbags, apparel, accessories and home categories; translate brand heritage into the client experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash handling integrity.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Support loss-prevention procedures and adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Assist with receiving, tagging and stock organisation; execute markdowns and transfers as instructed.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and in-store events; build and maintain clienteling lists and follow-up communications.
- Work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays typical of retail outlet operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable retail or customer-facing sales experience; experience in fashion or premium retail preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality client service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with professional grooming and presentation.
- Numerical literacy and accuracy for cash handling and POS operations.
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Right to work in Malaysia.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in retail or a customer-facing sales role; prior experience in fashion, accessories or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred; retail or merchandising training is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia, with easy access to Johor Bahru.
