Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Kittery, Maine to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, manage product movement and assist with visual merchandising.
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked; perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, bending and kneeling as required.
- Source and follow up with new customers, sustain client relationships, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical retail duties.

Experience
Minimum of one year of frontline sales experience; prior luxury retail or branded boutique experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS/mobile POS systems and mobile sales workflows; experience using social media or live‑stream formats for product demonstration and client acquisition is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Kittery, Maine, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
