Coach — Temporary Sales Associate in Kittery, Maine. Part‑time role delivering personalized luxury retail service at the Kittery Coach boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and development of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling.
- Strong English oral communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in retail environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail, clienteling, or social/live‑stream selling experience is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Kittery, Maine, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
