Coach — Sales Associate (part‑time) in King of Prussia, PA. Deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and meet store KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product expertise to build long‑term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Engage omni‑channel customers using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while sustaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement).
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and compliant with POS, retail policy and asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and welcome feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English verbal communication skills.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or omni‑channel selling experience is strongly preferred, including clienteling and digital/social commerce.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail/fashion experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Philadelphia.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
