Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Kildare, Ireland. Deliver luxury retail service, clienteling and omni-channel selling at Coach Kildare Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation, and participate in inventory cycles including receiving and stocking shipments.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and maintain high energy on the floor.
  • Collaborate with teammates, foster a trust-based environment, participate in brand initiatives and complete required training programmes.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience operating POS and mobile POS devices.
  • Basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with walkie‑talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
  • Preferred: proven clienteling and data acquisition skills, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.

Experience
