Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow‑up, and clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions, manage returns/exchanges/online pickups, receive shipments, replenish stock and assist inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual standards and store organization: merchandising, floor replenishment, and stockroom management while following asset protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic and business needs, multitask during peak periods, and assist teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and social media or live‑stream selling exposure are preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
