Coach (Tapestry) in Key West, FL seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and follow personal sales plans.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, convert opportunities and fulfil omni-channel transactions (pickups, returns, exchanges).
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and stockroom organisation while following asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement, process transactions efficiently, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, mandatory training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie communications.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live-stream shopping, short-form video demos and social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred and prior exposure to omnichannel selling and clienteling considered an advantage.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
