Coach Kaohsiung is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as the front‑line brand ambassador and uphold the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and convert interest into transactions.
  • Source new customers, perform timely follow‑up and close sales both in‑store and via omni‑channel touchpoints.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with POS and asset protection procedures; process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement—and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of direct sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
