Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to encourage repeat purchase and loyalty.
  • Drive revenue by cross‑selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and POS activity, and follow asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish the sales floor and maintain accurate stockroom organization.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and stocked, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; receive feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Demonstrable comfort with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS systems.
  • Clienteling and data‑capture skills; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social selling experience are preferred.
