Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to brand planograms to present seasonal collections cohesively.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Support inventory management: receive, stock, replenish floor merchandise and conduct regular stock checks.
- Participate in clienteling activities, record client preferences and follow up on enquiries and reservations.
- Uphold loss-prevention, store safety and compliance policies at all times.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by assisting colleagues and supporting store initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric orientation.
- Comfortable handling cash and POS systems with strong attention to numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional presentation and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, ideally 1–2 years within fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle retail. Experience in clienteling and achieving sales targets is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or hospitality is a plus.
