Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Johnson Creek, WI — deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales for Tapestry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
- Execute omni-channel selling: operate mobile POS, process online order pickups, and use clienteling tools and social platforms to capture customer data and close sales.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain high standards of store operations including cashwrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset-protection procedures.
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked; receive shipments and support inventory cycles.
- Adapt selling approach to business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and support teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives and trainings; model the company’s competencies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic computer tasks and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in both sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of progressive retail or sales experience; prior exposure to luxury retail, omni-channel clienteling and social selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related coursework preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, USA, with easy access to Milwaukee.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
