Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Johnson Creek, WI — part-time retail role at Coach (Tapestry) focused on luxury client service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated luxury service in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and targeted recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data, fulfil omni‑channel orders and encourage repeat purchases.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap, receive and process inventory, replenish merchandise and maintain merchandising standards.
- Maintain an energetic sales floor, handle multiple customers simultaneously, assist teammates across functions and support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to uphold service and store performance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop), and comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail; experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live video selling is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, USA, with easy access to Milwaukee.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
