Coach in Johnson Creek, WI seeks a part-time Sales Associate to drive omni‑channel luxury retail sales and deliver personalised client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), handle cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and fully stocked.
- Adapt to shifting business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and provide support across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while preserving a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of relevant education and experience considered.
- Demonstrable experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or product video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with omni-channel selling and basic retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant retail, fashion or customer service training preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, USA, with easy access to Milwaukee.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
