Coach Sales Associate in Jinhua, China — part-time role at Jinhua Shimao City Plaza delivering personalized luxury retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, convert leads and support omni-channel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple client interactions simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement in accordance with asset-protection procedures.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven POS operation skills and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; calm, professional demeanour under pressure.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social-selling proficiency preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
