Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and attentive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personalized sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) efficiently and accurately.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture customer data, source new clients and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Perform daily operational and merchandising tasks including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures while fostering a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Ability to meet physical demands: regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in the sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail business needs.
- Strong English language proficiency required; excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data-acquisition skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or specialty retail; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, sales or fashion-related training or coursework is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Jenks, Oklahoma, USA, with easy access to Tulsa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
