Coach (Tapestry) in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver personalized, omni‑channel luxury retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and cultivate client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behavior professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop), and basic computer literacy.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
