Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, applying deep product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add‑ons and upsell complementary items to increase average transaction value.
- Operate POS systems and manage seamless checkout transactions while maintaining high standards of operational accuracy.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, execute merchandising and restock the sales floor to brand visual standards.
- Use omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media, to connect with customers and nurture return visits.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods to meet store needs.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment (customer-facing role) demonstrating consistent sales performance.
- Comfortable using POS systems and learning omni/virtual selling platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel and navigate stockroom and sales floor.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and high‑traffic retail days.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and delivering high‑touch customer service preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
