Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, establish rapport and demonstrate confident product knowledge across categories.
• Conduct active listening and probing questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences.
• Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
• Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use product; inspire customers to explore new styles.
• Manage transactions accurately at the POS and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and replenishment.
• Drive sales objectives through storytelling and sustained customer connections; invite repeat visits.
• Give and receive constructive feedback and collaborate with the store team to optimise service delivery.
• Work a flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform occasional physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively within a store team.
• Social media awareness and openness to learning omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend and kneel on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated history of selling or styling in a customer-facing retail setting is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
