Coach Sales Associate II — part-time retail role in Tulalip, WA. Deliver luxury client service and omni-channel selling for Coach/Tapestry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
  • Process transactions and omnichannel requests efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory processing, receiving shipments, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well‑presented sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support team objectives by assisting in other functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet individual sales targets and work in a high‑volume retail environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie operation.
  • Excellent English communication skills; ability to provide fashion advice and build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Social‑media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.

Experience
