Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate II in Tulalip, WA. Deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and meet sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in line with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans tied to KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Adapt selling approach to business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor, and support teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasional loads up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver in a retail environment.
- Social‑media savvy; experience with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos and data‑driven clienteling (preferred).

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling, social selling or clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
