Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and maintain POS and cash-wrap procedures.
- Execute daily operational tasks: inventory processing, receiving shipments, replenishment, stockroom management and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Support loss-prevention and asset-protection protocols while keeping sales floor and stockroom organized and well stocked.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to ensure seamless store operations during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Experience
Minimum of one year in a retail sales role; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail, omnichannel selling or clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
