Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted stylist and knowledgeable advisor, initiating warm, confident greetings and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer needs and curate complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items and use creative merchandising to illustrate multiple ways to wear products.
- Drive sales through storytelling, active promotion of add‑on opportunities and consistent follow-through to purchase and checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions, inventory organisation and visual presentation.
- Support a seamless customer experience by reinforcing customer choices, inviting return visits and delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to a feedback culture by giving and receiving constructive input and collaborating effectively with the store team.
- Perform physical duties required by retail operations, including routine lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and moving merchandise.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and collaborate in a team setting.
- Social media awareness and openness to learning omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language where applicable) and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Requires prior retail experience and demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles; proven ability to achieve targets through product storytelling and relationship building.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
