Coach in New York (Herald Square) is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate II to deliver luxury clienteling and omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and creating an elevated, personalized customer experience.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through individualized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily operational tasks — process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish inventory, and maintain visual standards.
- Maintain an organized, secure sales floor and stockroom in accordance with retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain a professional, composed demeanor on the floor; adapt selling techniques to fluctuating traffic and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
- Preferred: social media-savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
