Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate II in Anchorage, AK to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline ambassador, representing the Coach brand and adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers; follow up to close sales.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining a high level of energy and service.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; receive shipments, stock shelves and support inventory cycles.
  • Follow POS, asset protection and store policies; ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behavior, and sustain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend and kneel as required to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS workflows.
  • Experience using clienteling tools and basic social selling techniques; live-stream shopping or video demo experience preferred.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and intermittently up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and clienteling success is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
