Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Homebush, Australia. Deliver personalized luxury retail service and omni‑channel sales at DFO Homebush.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage omni-channel selling tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling/short-form video — to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Complete daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well-organized, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom while complying with POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and product flow: receive shipments, stock shelves and assist in stockroom management.
  • Adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and maintain high energy on the floor while managing multiple customers.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; provide and receive constructive feedback to support team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computing on iPad/laptop; experience with mobile POS devices.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
  • Comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release documentation.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail; experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social commerce is advantageous.
