Kate Spade New York Sales Associate (part-time) in Grove City, Pennsylvania — join the Grove City Premium Outlets team as a retail stylist and client advisor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate confident product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Listen actively, ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, and guide customers through purchase decisions.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and maintain POS accuracy.
- Support omnichannel selling by engaging in virtual selling and social media interactions as required.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, process receipt and replenishment of inventory.
- Meet individual and store sales targets through storytelling and strong customer relationships.
- Perform physical tasks related to retail operations, including lifting merchandise and stockroom maintenance.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift routinely at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
- Willingness to learn and apply omnichannel/virtual selling techniques and basic social media engagement.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; proven track record of selling and delivering customer service in a store environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
