Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Gretna, Nebraska (Omaha) to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and other omni-channel tools to process transactions, capture client data and support online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video or live demos to acquire data and generate sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support team collaboration by assisting across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Familiarity with clienteling, social media selling and live‑stream or video demo formats preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling, social selling or live-stream shopping is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion-related training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
