Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Gretna, Nebraska (Nebraska Crossing Outlets) to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized styling and service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored recommendations, follow-up, and clienteling to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Execute omni‑channel sales activities using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and personal sales plans.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (returns, exchanges, pickups).
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, adhere to asset protection and retail policies, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum one year of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience and demonstrable sales performance are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
