Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations aligned with personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert digital engagement into purchases.
- Manage transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while maintaining high service standards at the cash wrap.
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Maintain a high level of floor presence and energy; manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to traffic and business needs.
- Support inventory cycles and loss‑prevention procedures; follow retail policies, POS protocols and asset protection guidelines.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Welcome feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor while fostering a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience, social‑commerce or live‑stream selling, and demonstrable clienteling/data‑capture experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
