Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and maximise sales conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections; advise clients on styling and care.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions and handle cash accurately following brand procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect Coach brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with brand policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing retail experience, ideally within luxury, premium or fashion retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; flexible to roster requirements.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for merchandising, stock tasks and transactional accuracy.

Education
Secondary education completed (high school diploma or equivalent preferred).
