Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate at Coach Fidenza Outlet in Fidenza, Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Operate daily store functions: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, salesfloor presentation and stockroom organisation; adhere to POS, inventory and asset-protection procedures.
- Source new customers, support omni-channel fulfilment and participate in inventory cycles and store operational tasks.
- Support colleagues across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Proven clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated success in client relationship management, omni-channel selling and meeting individual sales targets.
Education
No formal educational requirement; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Fidenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, with easy access to Parma.
