Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a front-line brand ambassador delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and post-sale follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Sell across channels: execute cross-selling and upselling, support online order pickups and process transactions accurately using mobile POS.
• Use clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture client data, source new customers and promote repeat purchases.
• Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, merchandising, replenishment and maintaining sales-floor standards.
• Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas, and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
• Maintain a high-energy presence on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proven proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS workflows (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and basic retail systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
• Strong English communication skills. Social-media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational retail training or some college coursework preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
