Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omnichannel selling: assist online order pickups, process returns/exchanges, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data.
  • Drive sales results through cross-selling, upselling and meeting individual and store KPIs; develop and follow personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and traditional POS to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory, and support visual merchandising.
  • Adhere to asset protection, cash-handling and retail policies; keep the selling environment clean, organized and safe.
  • Support team performance through collaboration, participation in brand initiatives and training, and openness to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operations and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail or have demonstrated success with omnichannel clienteling, social selling and data-driven sales approaches.
