Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Edina, Minnesota — join Coach at Southdale Center to deliver luxury client experiences and omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling, and targeted follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, executing personal sales plans and meeting KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data, convert opportunities and support omnichannel transactions.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, perform inventory receiving and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain an organized, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention practices; assist teammates across functional areas as business needs dictate.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while sustaining a calm, professional demeanour on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and to develop personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; previous experience in luxury or fashion retail, clienteling and data-driven selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Edina, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
