Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and a consistently elevated client experience.
- Build and deepen client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video), executing cross-sell and upsell strategies to meet personal and store KPIs.
- Capture and maintain accurate client and transaction data to support CRM, loyalty and repeat purchase activity.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash‑wrap duties and basic till reconciliation.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, process stockroom tasks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards on the sales floor; assist with merchandising resets and displays.
- Adopt a flexible, high‑energy approach on the floor—manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team sales targets; experience developing and executing personal sales plans.
- Practical experience with POS operation and mobile POS devices (iPad/tablet), and comfortable using basic store technology.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools, CRM processes and data acquisition to support repeat business.
- Strong English language proficiency required; ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Social media savvy; prior experience with short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable experience with POS systems, clienteling and omnichannel/social selling is advantageous.
Education
No formal degree required; a relevant qualification or a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
