Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized luxury service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain floor and stockroom standards, adhere to POS and asset protection procedures, and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; customer acquisition and retention skills.
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Comfortable using walkie-talkies and other in-store communication tools.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Social‑media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Experience
