Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized luxury service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards, adhere to POS and asset protection procedures, and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; customer acquisition and retention skills.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and other in-store communication tools.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Social‑media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and engaging clients across omni‑channel touchpoints.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Douains, Normandy, France, with easy access to Paris.
