Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized, elevated client experiences through styling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and targeted client outreach; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagement into repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers and maintain ongoing relationships with follow-up to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection requirements.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles such as receiving and stocking shipments.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Accept and act on feedback, maintain a calm professional demeanour and support continuous improvement in service and sales execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Practical experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie use and the ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrated track record meeting individual sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Douains, Normandy, France, with easy access to Paris.
