Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Douains, France — front-line luxury retail role focused on personalized service and omni-channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in line with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream demos to capture customer data and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stockroom organization, inventory processing, replenishment and general store operational standards.
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking and managing product movement.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing traffic patterns; manage multiple customers on the floor while sustaining high energy and service standards.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven experience with POS operation and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills, data acquisition experience and social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is advantageous.
- Strong English proficiency required; capacity to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; luxury retail background and prior exposure to omni-channel selling, clienteling or live-stream commerce are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Douains, Normandy, France, with easy access to Paris.
