Coach Sales Associate in Denver, Colorado (part-time) — front-line luxury retail role focused on omni-channel selling and clienteling at Coach (Tapestry).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to acquire customer data and convert sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling tailored recommendations.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles (receive, replenish, stock), and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer usage (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience or comfort in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
