Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and brand point of view.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to discover customer needs and assemble complete looks.
- Recommend add-on items and upsell by storytelling and outfit building to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience, accurately process POS transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization; receive, replenish and merchandise inventory.
- Employ omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual appointments and social media engagement, to support sales targets.
- Reinforce customer choices and cultivate long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; demonstrated ability to meet sales goals through customer connection and storytelling.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language where applicable).

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment; preference for candidates with demonstrable sales results and clienteling experience (approximately 1+ year preferred).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or visual merchandising training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
