Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge.
- Deliver personalised styling consultations; assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to drive attach rates.
- Employ creative merchandising and storytelling to demonstrate multiple ways to wear product and to inspire repeat purchase.
- Execute accurate point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, replenish sales floor, assist with inventory and loss-prevention processes.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual selling and social media engagement, to convert and retain customers.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute positively to team performance and store objectives.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling ability with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience; experience within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Comfortable with omni-channel and virtual selling methods and basic social media awareness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
- English proficiency sufficient for customer engagement and transactional duties.
- Capacity to meet physical demands of the role and to work flexible hours required by retail operations.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required; candidates with background in fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail and demonstrated success in a client-facing sales role will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certification is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to Orlando.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
