Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain high-floor standards: visual merchandising, stockroom organisation, asset protection and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable success in omni‑channel selling and clienteling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
