Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) in Concord, NC to deliver customer styling and sales at Concord Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge to deliver personalised styling and merchandising advice.
- Conduct active listening and targeted questioning to identify customer needs and assemble complete looks across categories.
- Recommend add-ons and alternative styling options to increase basket size and encourage repeat visits.
- Execute POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining operational accuracy.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, replenish floor sets and assist with inventory handling to uphold visual and operational standards.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual selling and basic social media engagement, to support sales targets.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak trading times, weekends, evenings and designated holiday periods.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to bend, climb and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Prior retail selling experience is required; demonstrable success in customer-facing sales or styling roles is preferred.
