Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain stockroom organization.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards across the sales floor; assist colleagues in other functional areas as required.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays to meet business needs.
- Demonstrate physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, video demos or short-form video is preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment and to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and omni‑channel selling (clienteling, social selling or live-stream commerce) preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail, fashion or customer-service training is a plus. Combination of education and experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
