Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and traditional POS to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream demonstrations to acquire customer data and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, replenishment, inventory processing and stockroom organization to support floor readiness.
- Support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, receiving shipments, inventory cycles and asset protection procedures.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas as required, and contribute to a trust-based, high-performance retail environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour to meet service expectations.
- Perform physical duties required by the role, including regular lifting of at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and manoeuvring stockroom and sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and deliver consultative, style-led selling.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS.
- Familiarity with clienteling and social selling techniques; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to perform duties requiring bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail; demonstrated success with omni-channel selling and meeting sales KPIs. Experience with social media selling or live-stream demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
