Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Cincinnati, OH — represent the brand, drive omnichannel sales, and deliver personalized luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Operate the sales floor with high energy: manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to business needs and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, move product and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom following asset protection procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas to foster a trust-based environment and encourage team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition capability; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail and omni‑channel selling is preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
