Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience that reflects the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments and replenish stock.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, floor presentation and stockroom organisation; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems (Mobile POS) and basic store technology (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling, social selling or live‑stream/video selling experience preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or fashion; hands‑on familiarity with POS and clienteling workflows and experience using social or live‑stream selling channels is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certified coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Chongqing, Chongqing, China.
