Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Chongqing to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and livestreaming) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Manage multiple clients on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional service standards.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking product and managing stockroom organisation and asset protection procedures.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with teammates, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
- Ability to read price and release sheets, and to capture client data accurately.
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or branded boutique experience preferred, with demonstrable clienteling and omni‑channel selling ability.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Chongqing, Chongqing, China.
